Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy hotel room, though not as spacious as depicted in the photos. The mini kitchen in the hallway area was a handy addition, but the extra charge of 10 GBP per hour for late check-out felt a bit steep. The large bed and single sofa bed provided a comfortable stay overall.
I must say, the hotel has a convenient location that is perfect for exploring Greenwich and also getting to the city center easily. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the soundproofing wasn't the best. The service was decent overall, especially in terms of housekeeping and laundry services. Dining options were a bit under par, but the delivery service was a nice touch. The location is quite good when you want to be away from the busy city center but still have easy access to transportation.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the area where the Royal Ballet performances take place, offering excellent facilities at a very reasonable price point. The room cleanliness fell short as there was food left in the sink, but the overall experience was reminiscent of a pretentious, old-style establishment that added charm to our stay.
The hotel offers spacious and very clean rooms with all necessary facilities, and its location is excellent for transportation and exploring Greenwich. However, the double bed being two singles pushed together was uncomfortable, and the room needed a paint refresh as walls were dirty and windows dusty. The vibrant area of Greenwich offers plenty to see and do.
The apartment was much smaller than expected, but it was spotless and spacious, with the added convenience of having your own kitchen and the option to have breakfast delivered to your room. The lack of apologies for the size was disappointing, and it made me hesitant to return.
